IMAGINE EVERY BABY in the United States of America being seeded with controlling thoughts before they are born.

“It’s done in the womb,” claims a whistle-blower who says he was involved in the project from 1962 until he retired to the Arizona desert. “Under the cover of a scan. Mothers don’t even know it’s happened. Children are then born what’s called ‘programmed’.”

The whistle-blower, who says his name is Hank, says that ‘programmed’ humans are then open to influences which a group he calls ‘the Controllers’ feed them throughout their lives. “The Controllers are a class of elite and privileged people who are all members of a secret trans-world conspiracy that manipulates all life for its own benefit,” insists Hank.

He says that the CIA does play a role in all this: it is the instrument of the Controllers in America. However, he maintains that much of its day to day monitoring has been sub-contracted out to friendly private concerns, who use surveillance and the Dark Web to maintain their influence. “Quantum computing and Artificial Intelligence have made the whole business that much easier and more covert,” he says. “If you already control a persons’s brain, and you can then control a person’s phone, and their other devices, you can have them all monitoring themselves and each other for you. Think about it, the whole population unknowingly spying on itself. All you need are a few specialists to keep the whole thing going. It’s perfect.”

Hank, who does speak very slowly with the aid of a machine, says is talking because he has managed to what he terms ‘de-worm’ himself and escape the Controllers’ power. “The Worm is what they call the programming – it wraps itself around the brain like a worm. It’s almost impossible to extract. I have had to lose large portions of my brain to be where I am now. I won’t live long but at least I’ll live free.”
