CHRISTIANITY IS IN such a state of decline, and the subject of such widespread indifference and contempt, in Western Society, that it is possible that within a century it might revert to where it was in the early centuries of the Roman empire: a despised and persecuted wicked cult.

“Atheism and Woke Culture have won the struggle for now,” says Nero Cesar, a specialist in belief systems. “Religion in general is in retreat in Western Culture, and having been the dominant faith for centuries, Christianity in all its faces, is now the religion that is suffering from the general conversion the most. It seems that a faith that teaches love of God and neighbor is out of step with the beliefs of modern Western society. Fall off of belief in God is the immediate basis for the decline; after that a system that predicates itself on such a belief is easy to deny. Especially if its commandments contradict what are held to be hard-won secular human rights. In essence, if it’s choice between God and Gay, Gay wins. Of course, rejection is never enough. A faith that challenges secular values is almost certain to face intolerance in much the same way it would not tolerate belief systems that contradicted its tenets during the dominance of Christendom. How long before Christians might be meeting in secret, facing penalties for their beliefs? Let’s hope it does not come to that. But you never know and history suggests that dominant belief systems are very jealous of their position. Certainty is an envious creature.”
