BILLIONAIRE CLAIMS HE MADE HIS FORTUNE SHORTING YOUTUBE PREDICTION CHANNELS

FROM OUR PROPHECY DESK

A DAY TRADER claims he has made a billion dollars by betting against the hundreds and thousands of YouTube channels which claim to predict the future of the world, its climate, its continents, its countries, its industries, its finances, its populations, its politics and its wars.

Hugh Hellcat-Mendicup, a reclusive old Etonian, who now lives in the Caribbean and runs his own private hedge fund from there, explained that “for years I was a mediocre investor, making a bit here and losing a bit there. But in between stock market trades, I used to watch all these YouTube channels for something to do. So many of them were predicting doom and gloom that I began to take an interest. After a while I started to test the accuracy of their predictions over the years. I found that a huge amount of them were just plain wrong, some really badly wrong. So I began to bet against the various predictions I saw, in any way I could find. And, what do you know? the money began to roll in. It took a year to bank $100 million, a little longer to reach a billion. And I’m still going. Keep on publishing YouTube.”
