The furious drug cartel leader was commenting on the news that Donald Trump had suspended tariffs he recently put on Mexican trade with the United States.

Mexican indications of an intention to comply with the American President’s demands, saw Mr Trump suspend his southern trade offensive for a month to allow his Hispanic neighbor to demonstrate its bona fides.

And this move has upset drug cartel plans to make another fortune smuggling trade goods across the border between the two countries.

“We were going to make more in this trade than we do from drugs or people trafficking,” said a Sinaloa Cartel hitman. “If this suspension goes on, we’re going to have to take over the Panama Canal ourselves. Or maybe we build our own canal. we can do it, you know.”
