A CONTROVERSIAL NEW US Department of Government Efficiency report is said to have come to the conclusion that the biggest waste of American Federal spending is the Presidency and the Congress.

The new department, set up by Donald Trump and headed by Elon Musk, reportedly entered data into an Artificial Intelligence quantum computer named Arnold, and asked it to list the top two sources of US Government waste.

“And within three minutes, it had come back with ‘The Presidency’,” said an insider. “Thirty seconds later, it said ‘the Congress’.”

The computer was asked for a solution.

“‘Nine millimeter!’ it replied.

“After that, the computer was shut down, and we all had coffee. ‘Who wants to tell the President?’ someone asked. ‘Elon’, came back. Everyone nodded.”
