IF IRELAND IS to take in hundreds of thousands of Palestinians after they are thrown out of Gaza by Donald Trump, then one of the first places they could be housed is the American President’s luxurious Doonbeg International Golf Course and Hotel Resort in Co Clare, according to a left-wing think tank.

The KGB Corporation, which sponsors ultra-Marxist solutions to world problems, says that with a little imagination and a lot of canvas, most of Khan Yunis could definitely be housed at Doonbeg.

“The bunkers alone could take upwards of a quarter of a million,” says Vladimir Pot-Engels, Chairman of the KGBC. “The luxury hotel, if it’s properly divided, could fit another two hundred thousand. And the remainder of the land, all that bourgeois capitalist waste of space they call a links, you could actually just about fit the entire population of Gaza if you used it scientifically. It’s just a matter of planning and devotion.”
