MAGA FANS BLAST CRITIC WHO SAYS MISSSION IMPOSSIBLE: FINAL RECKONING IS CLEARLY A METAPHOR FOR THE TRUMP ERA

A FILM CRITIC who says the Entity in Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning is clearly meant to represent Donald Trump, has been blasted by the American President’s supporters, who insist Trump can only be seen as Ethan Hunt in the action franchise.

“The female president in the movie is so much like Kamala Harris, that it is impossible not to see the artificial intelligence program known as the Entity as a Trump metaphor,” insists Barney Hand, editor of the movie blog Ready When You Are Mr DeMille. “Tom Cruise’s character is a barely disguised Elon Musk; while RFK Jnr is positively jumping out of Simon Pegg’s character’s skin. It’s all there to be seen. You just have to look. And listen to the dialogue, if you can.”

The critic’s comments have caused much anger among supporters of the Make America Great Again leader.

“Trump is trying to save Hollywood with his movie tariffs, dammit,” said a Republican loyalist who maintains he’s seen the movie six times. “Well, I saw all the other ones, didn’t I?” he remarked. “Next one had better be all in California. Forget all those exotic locations, you bring your movies at home, Tom.”

Barney Hand wonders whether the White House came up with the movie tariffs after seeing Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning. “All that overseas filming, it can’t have pleased The Donald. Though the Entity might have made him chuckle a bit inside. Just a bit. He must have recognized at least some of himself in the description. Maybe when he’s finished with the politics, he might trying movies again, playing himself of course. His real self.”
