A MAD SCRAMBLE to get hold of videos of Cold Play and other concerts has seen thousands of US Chief Executive Officers offering enormous sums of money to secure footage of events they attended in recent decades, following the recent exposure of an affair between a senior tech executive and his blonde HR chief.
“CEOs are crazily trying to get hold of any film of any event they might have attended where they were indiscreet; and right next to them are the big divorce firms, who are offering just as much and even more money,” says celebrity reporter Max Exposure, whose recent book, Publicity Publicity Publicity, is being recalled to add another chapter on executive hubris. “I can’t let this pass,” he said. “Just can’t.”
