A POLICE CHIEF in Cincinnati has condemned those who filmed and posted a brutal attack on the streets of her city for prejudicing an investigation before cops could figure out if knocking a woman out and stamping on a man’s head constituted an offence.

The attackers, whom CNN might describe as ‘possibly white’, reacted to a provocation by one of their victims by kicking the proverbial shit out of him, and then slam-dunking a woman who tried to help to the ground, leaving her unconscious.

“Yeah, this a complicated one,” said a detective who did not wish to be named. “I mean just because you see someone blatantly pummel someone into the dirt, doesn’t mean there isn’t a perfectly reasonable explanation for their actions. Social media sucks, I’ll tell you. I mean video of something actually happening, up close, what’s that?”
