PLANS TO RECONSTRUCT the Gaza Strip may see all new buildings reduced to bungalow height to prevent homosexuals being casually executed by being hurled off roofs.

“We can’t guarantee that being thrown off a bungalow roof won’t lead to death but it’s far safer than a high rise, and we can make it even safer,” says American architect Uther Urbanspred. “We’ll have to be economical with the space we give to buildings but if we use the Hamas tunnels already there, we can put at least half the population underground, and the rest in small single-storey accommodation with angular roofs that are impossible to either access or stand upon. We can cover them in solar panels just to be sure, and that will make the strip virtually energy self-sufficient. Indeed, it might be selling energy to its neighbors. We have a lot of innovative plans for the Gaza Strip but the first imperative is to make it gay safe. The murder rituals are non-negotiable.”
