CALIFORNIA PROPOSAL THAT ANYTHING CAUSING MINORITY OFFENCE – EVEN IF TRUE – BE DECLARED A LIE

SAN FRANCISCO CORRESPONDENT ORWELL SMITH

A NEW PROPOSAL, which could soon be put to a vote in California, would have anything that offends or upsets the feelings of minority groups, no matter how true it is, declared a lie, officially.

“This would have an effect on defamation, legal documents, commentary, court evidence, oaths, literature, even science,” says Hektor Stalin, a former Russian police officer who now advises various Democratic administrations across the United States. “Truth will only get you so far; people’s feelings are now more important than mere truth. The key issue will be what any future law says about what is a minority. It could be that the state of California becomes a lot quieter.”
