‘DID WE TURN OFF THE OVEN?’ MADURO’S WIFE ALLEGEDLY ASKED HIM AS THEY WERE BEING FLOWN OUT OF CARACAS

FROM OUR TRIVIA STAFF

AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT officers are alleging that Nicolas Maduro’s wife asked her husband if they had turned off the oven as they were being flown out of their capital and on to a US aircraft carrier.

“I’m sure I heard her say that,” a DEA agent insisted. “Or something like it. I think someone radioed back to our rearguard and asked them to make sure the oven was turned off.”

Another DEA officer said he thought Mrs Maduro had asked her husband if they were going to Russia.

While a naval rating on the USS Iwo Jima said he heard the couple arguing over whose turn it was to stack the dishwasher. ” I think it was his turn. She seemed annoyed.”
