EXPERTS BELIEVE THAT static electricity which built up in the American President’s unique hair arrangement may have contributed to an electrical fault that delayed his flight to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The President’s plane, Air Force One, was forced to turn back to Washington DC. He took another aircraft, and according to information supplied to the Kookaburra Bugle by Russian intelligence sources, was asked to wear a hair net to prevent a repeat of the electronics issue which afflicted his own plane.

“The US President’s hair is of such fine quality that it can develop its own electrical current which may interfere with an aircraft’s proper functioning,” a Russian colonel said. “He has been known to interfere with home security systems and
