RECENT DENSE SNOWFALLS which have caused chaos in New York City have been labelled a clear case of white privilege by defenders of newly elected Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

“Snow is clearly the whitest of white privilege. Associated with ski resorts and Santa Claus and all that kind of white supremacy,” said a freshly appointed city apparatchik. “We’re doing what we can to defeat it but it’s so damn cold, isn’t it? We’re thinking that maybe we’ll tax the rich some more and use the money to send people down to Florida for the winter in future.”

Mayor Mamdani has been criticized for the less than stellar response of his administration to the bad weather, with people pointing out that the only area of the city where any clean-up has been done is around his official residence.

“Meanwhile the rest of us have to dig ourselves out,” said a restaurant worker furiously trying to get to his buried car. “So much for our collective. Animal Farm rules here. All New Yorkers are equal but some are more equal than others.”
