NEW SOUTH WALES COULD CONFISCATE FUEL FROM INTERSTATECARS AS THEY PASS THROUGH

SYDNEY

A SECRET PLAN, for New South Wales to confiscate fuel from vehicles passing through the state on their way to other states, has been proposed by energy experts.

The plan would involve New South Wales targeting vehicles with out of state registrations, then stopping them and syphoning off a certain portion of their fuel tank for use in the Premier State.

Fuel stations in New South Wales have been running short of petrol and diesel due to the closing of the Strait of Hormuz up in the Persian Gulf.

“Australia could run very short of fuel, and we just cannot rely on the Federal Government to solve the problem, so it’s up to the states to make provision for a possible serious fuel drought,” says energy consultant JP Getyfeller, who is one of the originators of the proposal.
